At Paripol, we are committed to providing high-quality gadgets and accessories. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our Return & Refund Policy below.
1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:

The product arrived damaged.

The product has a manufacturing defect.

The item is incomplete or missing accessories.

The product is significantly different from its description.
2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the product must:

Be unused and in its original condition.

Include the original packaging, accessories, manuals, and warranty card (if applicable).

Be returned with the original invoice or proof of purchase.
Returns may be rejected if the product shows signs of misuse, physical damage, or unauthorized repair.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or defective:

4. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos. After verification, we will arrange a replacement or a full refund.
5. Refund Process
Once your returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
Refunds for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be made via bank transfer or another mutually agreed payment method.
6. Warranty
Products covered by a manufacturer's warranty will be handled according to the manufacturer's warranty terms.
The warranty does not cover:

Damage caused by misuse or unauthorized repairs
7. Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error (wrong, damaged, or defective product), Paripol will bear the return shipping cost.

If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
8. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before shipment.
Once an order has been dispatched, it can only be cancelled through the return process described above.
